The posting

Bij een systeemintegrator in Dreumel stuur je projecten aan binnen productieautomatisering, procesautomatisering en machinebouw. Je bent vanaf de offertefase betrokken en draagt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de uitvoering tot en met de oplevering. De projecten worden op fixed-price basis uitgevoerd, waardoor je technische keuzes steeds verbindt aan budget, planning en contractafspraken. Je werkt aan vraagstukken rond functionele veiligheid, industriële cybersecurity en verduurzaming, bijvoorbeeld in kritische productieomgevingen en offshoretoepassingen. In de dagelijkse praktijk geef je richting aan softwareteams, bespreek je de voortgang met klanten en stem je de benodigde capaciteit en inkoop af. Je houdt grip op risico’s, kwaliteit en meer- en minderwerk, zonder de technische inhoud uit het oog te verliezen. Daarbij combineer je kennis van PLC-, SCADA- of DCS-systemen met gestructureerd projectmanagement. Opleidingen en trainingen helpen je om je technische expertise en projectaanpak verder te ontwikkelen. Functie-inhoud - Begeleid bidmanagement en offertetrajecten met aandacht voor scope, kosten en contractafspraken - Stel projectplannen en planningen op en houd de projectadministratie bij - Coach softwareteams en bepaal de benodigde capaciteit per projectfase - Initieer projectinkoop in afstemming met de inkoper - Bewaak voortgang, kwaliteit, budget en risico’s binnen fixed-price projecten - Beheer meer- en minderwerk en rapporteer aan klanten en de interne organisatie - Draag de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de projectuitvoering en oplevering Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding - Je beschikt over uitgebreide kennis van PLC/SCADA- of DCS-systemen - Je hebt ervaring met Agile/Scrum en formele projectstructuren - Je hebt ervaring met grote contract- en offertetrajecten - Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en communiceert helder met klanten en engineers - Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 5.2.
