De functie inhoud Als Projectmanager Maintenance HVAC ga je volgende taken uitvoeren:

  • Je gaat HVAC-problemen oplossen en vernieuwingen uitwerken in kantoren, productiehallen, scholen, rusthuizen, appartementen, congresgebouwen,...
  • Na een audit of uit afgekeurde attesten ga je samen met jouw collega's verbeteringsmogelijkheden zoeken.
  • Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aankoop van het materiaal en planning van de werken.
  • Hierbij ga je monteurs op de werf aansturen en projecten financieel opvolgen.
  • Je gaat installaties van op afstand beheren via een GBS of GebouwBeheerSysteem.

Onze klant Jouw toekomstige werkgever staat in voor het beheer van HVAC-installaties uit de regio van Gent. Met hun team van een 30 tal werknemers voeren ze projecten uit in vooral Oost-Vlaamse scholen, woonzorgcentra, appartementen, overheidsgebouwen, kantoorgebouwen, productiehallen en congresgebouwen. Hierbij doen ze onderhoud van installaties, gebouwenbeheer op afstand, renovatieprojecten, verwarmings- en airco-audits,... Het bedrijf heeft een vlakke structuur waardoor er korte communicatielijnen zijn tussen de werknemers en er rechtstreeks gerapporteerd wordt aan de operationeel verantwoordelijke. Ook geven ze werknemers de kans om zichzelf verder te ontwikkelen naargelang hun eigen interesses. Op die manier kan er zowel horizontaal als verticaal worden doorgegroeid. Als Projectmanager Maintenance HVAC beschik je over volgende kenmerken:

  • Een technisch bachelordiploma is een minimale vereiste voor deze functie.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in de uitvoering van niet-residentiële HVAC-projecten.
  • Daarnaast ben je niet bang om feedback te geven aan monteurs en kan je goed overweg met klanten.
  • Projecten administratief opvolgen is voor jou geen probleem.
