Wat is vereist - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Bouwkunde, Vastgoedontwikkeling of een gerelateerd vakgebied. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in planontwikkeling, projectmanagement of een vergelijkbare rol. - Kennis van wet- en regelgeving rondom ruimtelijke ordening en bouwprocessen. - Ervaring met procesmanagement en samenwerking met gemeentes en andere stakeholders. - Oplossingsgerichtheid, proactiviteit en een sterke teamspirit.
