Jouw job als Project Manager speelt een sleutelrol in de realisatie van complexe technische projecten. Als Projectleider Staalbouw, Projectcoördinator of Technisch Projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van projecten van opdracht tot oplevering.

Als Project Manager sta je in voor:

  • De interne en externe coördinatie van projecten.
  • Het fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen klant, onderaannemers en interne afdelingen.
  • De technische opvolging van planning, kwaliteit, uitvoeringsmethodes en onderaannemers.
  • De administratieve opvolging van meer- en minwerken, vorderingsstaten en facturatie.
  • Het aansturen en coördineren van het projectteam.
  • Het rapporteren van de projectvoortgang aan het management.

Voor deze functie als Project Manager, Projectleider of Technisch Projectcoördinator beschik je over:

  • Een diploma Burgerlijk Ingenieur of Industrieel Ingenieur.
  • Interesse in staalbouw en complexe technische constructies.
  • Voldoende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels om professioneel te communiceren met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Kennis van een andere taal is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring in projectmanagement, projectcoördinatie of technische projectopvolging is een meerwaarde.
  • De bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen binnen meerdere projecten tegelijk.
