In deze rol combineer je relatiebeheer, consultancy en projectmanagement. Je zorgt dat transportbedrijven het maximale uit hun transportsoftware halen. Bedrijfsprofiel FleetGO is de laatste jaren hard gegroeid en telt meer dan 250 medewerkers in Europa. In Alphen aan den Rijn ontwikkelt FleetGO Kipper TMS, een transportmanagementsysteem speciaal voor bulk-, grondverzet- en kippertransport. Denk aan het vervoer van zand, puin en asfalt, waar planning, administratie en realtime inzicht cruciaal zijn. Ruim 130 transportbedrijven door heel Nederland werken ermee. De lijnen zijn kort: support, development en business zitten dicht op elkaar. Je krijgt veel vrijheid en vertrouwen, en hoeft niet in en uit te klokken. Daar staat tegenover dat je zelf het initiatief neemt en niet afwacht tot iets je wordt aangereikt. Het is een nuchtere, hands-on club waar hard gewerkt wordt en ook genoeg te lachen valt. Je begint met software voor kippertransport. Naarmate je kennis groeit, krijg je de mogelijkheid om ook andere projecten, producten en doelgroepen op te pakken. Functie omschrijving In het begin ben je regelmatig op kantoor om de producten en werkwijze goed te leren kennen. Zodra je ingewerkt bent, krijg je veel vrijheid om je eigen agenda en werkdagen in te richten. Je bent voornamelijk buiten de deur en ondersteunt klanten door het hele land. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor bestaande klanten. Je helpt hen bij vraagstukken en vertaalt hun wensen, samen met development, naar concrete softwareverbeteringen. Daarnaast volg je nieuwe aanvragen op en ga je met potentiële klanten in gesprek om hun logistieke processen in kaart te brengen en te vertalen naar een concreet implementatieplan. Je zorgt dat nieuwe klanten soepel starten met hun nieuwe TM...
