Projectmedewerker HR (Tijdelijk) - Boxmeer (NL) - HR - 4.250 - 5.400 per maand Maak impact met HR-projecten die de toekomst van VTS vormgeven. Van loontransparantie tot functiewaardering: jij brengt structuur, verbetert processen en bouwt mee aan een sterk HR-fundament. Binnen VTS staan de komende jaren belangrijke HR-thema's hoog op de agenda. Van de invoering van de Wet Loontransparantie tot het verder professionaliseren van functieprofielen, functiewaardering en HR-processen. Ter vervanging van zwangerschapsverlof zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en daadkrachtige HR-professional die deze projecten tijdelijk verder brengt en zichtbaar impact maakt binnen onze organisatie. Je krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan en verbeteringen duurzaam te verankeren. Zo ziet jouw dag eruit - Verder uitwerken van de Wet Loontransparantie en het voorbereiden van de organisatie op toekomstige wet- en regelgeving. - Ontwikkelen, actualiseren en vastleggen van functieprofielen voor alle functies binnen VTS. - Ondersteunen bij functiewaardering en het verder professionaliseren van het salarishuis. - Beschrijven, optimaliseren en borgen van HR- en payrollprocessen. - Actualiseren van werkinstructies, procesbeschrijvingen en HR-documentatie. - Analyseren van bestaande HR-processen en het uitwerken van verbetervoorstellen. - Ondersteunen van diverse HR-projecten die bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van HR binnen VTS. Jouw team Je komt terecht in een betrokken HR-team bestaande uit een HR Manager, twee HR Business Partners, een HR Officer, een Payroll Officer en een Recruiter. Samen werken jullie aan een professionele en toekomstbestendige HR-organisatie. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de HR Manager en werkt nauw samen met collega's uit de hele organisatie. De lijnen zijn kort, de sfeer is informeel en no-nonsense. We houden van aanpakken, helpen elkaar waar nodig en krijgen energie van zichtbare verbeteri...
