Je brengt mee - WO/HBO+ werk- en denkniveau. - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring. - Diepgaande kennis van bouwkunde, stedenbouw, volkshuisvesting en ruimtelijke procedures. - Aantoonbare ervaring in project- en procesmanagement. - Sterk ontwikkeld vermogen om te sturen op haalbaarheid, risico's en kwaliteit. - Klantgerichte, betrokken en samenwerkingsgerichte houding. Over deze rol Wooncompas is een maatschappelijk gedreven en ondernemende woningcorporatie actief in Rotterdam, Ridderkerk, Barendrecht, Albrandswaard en zoekt een ervaren Projectontwikkelaar. Wooncompas staat voor kwaliteit, leefbaarheid en duurzame groei. De komende tien jaar willen wij onze woningvoorraad fors uitbreiden én verduurzamen: 3.500 nieuwe voordeuren, waarvan 1.000 in Rotterdam-Zuid. Je krijgt hier alle ruimte om volkshuisvestelijk impact te maken op de woningmarkt en op de leefkwaliteit van duizenden huurders. Wat ga je doen? Als projectontwikkelaar heb je de regie over omvangrijke vastgoedprojecten, van eerste initiatief tot en met de daadwerkelijke oplevering.
