Wil jij meebouwen aan sterke lokale gemeenschappen rond gedeelde mobiliteit?

Dégage vzw is een groeiende organisatie die mensen samenbrengt rond particulier autodelen. Door auto’s en fietsen te delen, maken we ruimte vrij, verminderen we autogebruik en autobezit en versterken we tegelijk de sociale verbondenheid in buurten.

Onze werking groeit. Niet alleen in Gent, maar ook in steeds meer andere steden en gemeenten. Daarom zoeken we een projectverantwoordelijke lokale werking & community die mee vorm wil geven aan die groei.

Je wordt een belangrijke schakel tussen Dégage en de lokale gemeenschappen waarin onze autodelers actief zijn. Je ondersteunt vrijwilligers in het uitbouwen van lokale netwerken, ontwikkelt een strategische aanpak voor verdere groei en zorgt ervoor dat de impact van particulier autodelen ook lokaal zichtbaar en voelbaar wordt.

In deze functie werk je zowel strategisch als praktisch: je denkt mee over waar Dégage naartoe wil, maar zorgt er ook voor dat de acties effectief uitgevoerd worden. Lees hier de volledige inhoud van de job: https://www.degage.be/vacature

We zoeken iemand die strategisch kan denken, graag tussen mensen staat en vooral ook dingen gedaan krijgt.

Je hoeft geen mobiliteitsexpert te zijn. Belangrijker is dat je:

  • strategisch én praktisch denkt: je ziet het grotere plaatje, zet de juiste lijnen uit en weet hoe je anderen meekrijgt om die in de praktijk te brengen;
  • goed luistert en verbanden legt: je pikt signalen en feedback op en vertaalt die naar concrete acties en verbeteringen;
  • graag mensen, vrijwilligers en organisaties verbindt en in beweging brengt: je geeft richting, ondersteunt anderen om zelf initiatief te nemen en zorgt voor de nodige opvolging en bijsturing, zonder alles zelf over te nemen;
  • sterk communiceert: je weet mensen helder te informeren, te betrekken en te enthousiasmeren;
  • sterk bent in coördineren en organiseren: je houdt overzicht, stemt af met de juiste mensen, volgt acties en afspraken op en zorgt dat zaken vooruitgaan. Je hebt ook oog voor een nauwkeurige opvolging en rapportage van projecten, onder meer in het kader van subsidies;
  • je thuis voelt in een omgeving waarin je experimenteert, leert en bijstuurt;
  • affiniteit hebt met duurzame mobiliteit en maatschappelijke verandering;
  • bereid bent je binnen Vlaanderen te verplaatsen.

Ervaring met ( lokale) projectwerking, vrijwilligerswerking, community building, communicatie & campagnes is een pluspunt.
