Elke hartslag vertelt een verhaal. Op een cardiologische afdeling volg je patiënten op cruciale momenten in hun zorgtraject, van diagnose tot behandeling en herstel. Ben jij een verpleegkundige die graag werkt in een dynamische ziekenhuisomgeving en energie haalt uit technische zorg, observatie en nauwgezette opvolging? Dan is deze opdracht misschien iets voor jou.

Wat ga je doen?

Als projectverpleegkundige maak je deel uit van een gespecialiseerd team dat instaat voor de zorg van patiënten met cardiovasculaire aandoeningen. Je combineert technische verpleegkundige handelingen met een sterke klinische blik en een patiëntgerichte aanpak.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het uitvoeren van verpleegkundige zorgen en behandelingen
  • Het observeren en opvolgen van de gezondheidstoestand van patiënten
  • Het monitoren van vitale parameters en hartritmes
  • Het begeleiden en informeren van patiënten en hun familie
  • Het tijdig herkennen van veranderingen in de klinische toestand
  • Het samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair team
  • Het correct rapporteren en administratief opvolgen van patiëntendossiers

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een verpleegkundige die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zich thuis voelt in een ziekenhuisomgeving. Je bent leergierig, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt van afwisseling in je job.

Daarnaast:

  • Beschik je over een diploma bachelor of HBO5 verpleegkunde
  • Heb je bij voorkeur ervaring binnen een ziekenhuissetting
  • Is kennis van cardiologie een sterke meerwaarde
  • Is ervaring of interesse in nefrologie en neurologie een pluspunt
  • Werk je gestructureerd en heb je een sterk observatievermogen
  • Kan je zelfstandig werken, maar ben je ook een echte teamplayer
  • Ben je communicatief sterk en patiëntgericht
  • Is kennis van HIX een pluspunt
  • Ben je beschikbaar voor een voltijdse opdracht (100%)
  • Beschik je over een rijbewijs B
