Ben jij een verpleegkundige met een warm hart voor ouderen en haal je voldoening uit het bieden van kwalitatieve, persoonsgerichte zorg? Voor een geriatrische afdeling zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste projectverpleegkundige die een waardevolle bijdrage wil leveren aan een hecht en betrokken zorgteam.

Wat ga je doen?

Op deze afdeling bied je zorg aan oudere patiënten met diverse zorg- en ondersteuningsnoden. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillende disciplines om een optimaal zorgtraject te garanderen.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het uitvoeren van verpleegkundige zorgen
  • Het observeren en opvolgen van de gezondheidstoestand van patiënten
  • Het toedienen van medicatie en behandelingen
  • Het begeleiden en ondersteunen van patiënten en hun familie
  • Het bijdragen aan een veilige en kwaliteitsvolle zorgverlening
  • Het correct rapporteren en administratief opvolgen van patiëntendossiers

Deze opdracht start op 1 november 2026 en loopt initieel gedurende 3 maanden.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een verpleegkundige met een hart voor geriatrie en een passie voor het werken met ouderen. Dankzij jouw ervaring, betrokkenheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin ben je een betrouwbare steun voor zowel patiënten als collega's.

Daarnaast:

  • Beschik je over een diploma bachelor of HBO5 verpleegkunde
  • Heb je ervaring op een geriatrische afdeling
  • Ben je een sterke persoonlijkheid die rust en stabiliteit brengt binnen het team
  • Werk je zelfstandig, maar functioneer je ook uitstekend in teamverband
  • Ben je communicatief sterk en patiëntgericht
  • Ben je beschikbaar voor een voltijdse opdracht (100%)
  • Een tewerkstelling van 80% is bespreekbaar
  • Beschik je over een rijbewijs B
