Voor een bouwbedrijf dat actief is in bouw- en renovatieprojecten regio Temse zoeken we een Projectvoorbereider die graag technisch meedenkt en projecten van A tot Z helpt voorbereiden.

In deze functie werk je projecten technisch volledig uit, zodat alles klaarstaat om vlot in uitvoering te gaan op de werf. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle dossiers correct en volledig voorbereid zijn en denkt proactief mee over de beste technische oplossingen.

Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met projectleiders, werfleiders en onderaannemers. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding kan het werfteam efficiënt aan de slag en loopt het project technisch en praktisch zoals gepland.

De functie inhoud Dit kan je verwachten in de job:

  • Verkochte projecten technisch volledig uitwerken, zodat alles klaarstaat om vlot in uitvoering te gaan.
  • Plannen en technische dossiers analyseren en meedenken over de beste technische oplossingen.
  • Opmetingen uitvoeren bij klanten, zodat alle details correct zijn vóór de start van de werken.
  • Instaan voor het bestellen van materialen en het technisch voorbereiden van aankopen.
  • Regelmatig afstemmen met leveranciers en onderaannemers om alles correct te coördineren.

Ze begeleiden hun klanten van ontwerp tot oplevering en nemen de volledige coördinatie op zich, zodat de klant één duidelijk aanspreekpunt heeft doorheen het hele bouwproces.

Kwaliteit staat centraal, maar tegelijk blijven ze innovatief en mee met hun tijd. Nieuwe technieken, digitale tools en slimme werkwijzen worden actief opgevolgd om projecten steeds efficiënter en beter uit te voeren.

  • Hoger technisch diploma (ingenieur bouwkunde, architectuur, interieurarchitectuur of gelijkaardig).
  • Relevante ervaring in bouw, interieur of projectopvolging.
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • In staat om technische haalbaarheid van projecten correct in te schatten.
