Wir suchen: 1 Projektingenieur - Erneuerbare Energie (w/m/d) - Du verwandelst anspruchsvolle Energiespeicher-Projekte Du hast Lust, technische Energie- und Elektrotechnikprojekte von A bis Z zu begleiten und dabei richtig Wirkung zu entfalten? In einem kleinen, innovationsfreudigen Team mit Start-up-Vibe betreust du Projekte vom ersten Kundenkontakt bis zur Inbetriebnahme und sorgst dafür, dass aus Konzepten echte Lösungen werden.

Aufgabengebiet

* Du leitest eigenständig Projekte für Privat-, Gewerbe- und Industriekunden im Bereich Energiespeichersysteme (für Strom, Wärme, Kälte, Wasserstoff)

* Du begleitest den gesamten Projektverlauf - von der Konzeption über die Planung und Umsetzung bis zur Inbetriebnahme

* Du klärst elektrotechnische Fragestellungen, unterstützt Installateure und Bautechniker und stellst so einen reibungslosen Ablauf auf der Baustelle sicher

* Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für den Kunden, stimmst Vorarbeiten und Anlieferung ab und sorgst für Transparenz und hohe Kundenzufriedenheit

* Du koordinierst interne Teams, externe Partner und Auftraggeber und stellst durch klare Kommunikation sicher, dass alle am selben Ziel arbeiten

Skill-Set

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder Gebäudetechnik

* Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Energiespeichern, Photovoltaik oder industriellen Energiesystemen

* Fundiertes Know-how in der Elektrotechnik bzw. Elektroinstallation

* Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse

* Selbstorganisierte, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-On-Mentalität

Das Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung zwischen EUR 3.500 und EUR 4.000 brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis).
