Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenständige technische und kaufmännische Abwicklung von Service- und Wartungsprojekten

* Erstellung, Ausarbeitung und Kalkulation von Service- und Wartungsangeboten

* Technische und kaufmännische Prüfung sowie Nachbearbeitung von Angeboten

* Verhandlung und Abstimmung von Aufträgen mit unseren Kunden

* Laufende Betreuung und Koordination der Projekte von der Angebotsphase bis zur erfolgreichen Fertigstellung

* Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen sowie Koordination und Abstimmung mit Kunden, Auftraggebern, Lieferanten und weiteren Projektpartnern

* Fachliche und organisatorische Koordination unserer Servicetechniker

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs sowie Einhaltung von Terminen und Qualitätsstandards

* Laufende Dokumentation und allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der Projektabwicklung

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

* bereits erworbene Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gebäudetechnik

* Anwenderkenntnisse in AutoCAD

* Technisches Verständnis sowie ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Denken

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationstalent

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und Projektpartnern

* Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an technischen Weiterentwicklungen
