Am Standort Wien suchen wir: 1 Projektleiter_in Elektrotechnik Stellenbeschreibung

Was dich erwartet

* In der Funktion als Projektleitung verantwortest du den gesamten Planungsprozess im Bereich der Elektrotechnik.

* Dabei führst du dein Projektteam eigenverantwortlich, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert durch sämtliche Elektro-Planungsphasen eines Hochbauprojektes.

* Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehört die Planungstätigkeit im integralen Team, unterstützt durch Building Information Modeling (BIM).

* Du repräsentierst ATP gegenüber Auftraggeber:innen, Behörden und ausführenden Firmen.

* Zudem arbeitest du eng mit sämtlichen Fachbereichen (Architektur, Tragwerksplanung, HKLS, ÖBA/OÜ) sowie externen Fachplaner:innen zusammen.

* Du unterstützt die Umsetzung des ATP Green Deal unter Berücksichtigung der klimaneutralen Planung mit dem Ziel eines nachhaltigen Gebäudes.

Qualifikationen

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich der Elektrotechnik.

* Dein Werdegang weist mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektro-Planung und Fachbauleitung in allen Leistungsphasen von mittleren bis großen Projekten auf, idealerweise auch in den Bereichen Rechenzentren oder Healthcare.

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

* Du hast Freude an der Führung eines kleinen diversen Teams sowie an der aktiven Unterstützung der Ausbildung und Förderung von jungen Mitarbeiter:innen.

* Im Rahmen deines ausgeprägten Interesses für Softwaretools konntest du dir bereits Kenntnisse in Auto-CAD/Revit aneignen.

* Du begeisterst durch deine Neugier an den Themen Nachhaltigkeit und Green Deal.

* Eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie deine Motivation, dir neue Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten anzueignen, runden dein Profil ab.
