Die 3G Gruppe Geotechnik Graz ZT GmbH ist ein interdisziplinäres Ingenieurbüro mit Standorten in Graz und Dornbirn. Wir vereinen Ingenieurgeologie, Hydrogeologie, Boden- und Felsmechanik sowie Tunnelbau und bieten umfassende geotechnische Planung und Beratung für nationale wie internationale Projekte. 1 Projektleiter_in Geotechnik mit Überblick, Verantwortung und Lösungsorientierung Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Dornbirn suchen wir dich als Bauingenieur_in (Geotechnik), der_die Projekte eigenständig leitet, koordiniert und zum Erfolg führt - fachlich fundiert, lösungsorientiert und mit Freude an Vielfalt.

Vollzeit 40 Std./Woche Dornbirn

Deine Aufgaben

* Selbstständige Leitung und Bearbeitung von Projekten im Bereich Geotechnik / Tiefbau / Infrastrukturbau

* Zusammenführen unterschiedlichster Fachinformationen zu schlüssigen, umsetzbaren Lösungen

* Technische Beurteilung, Planung und Begleitung von Projekten über alle Projektphasen

* Sicherstellung von Qualität (Normenwesen), Terminen (Projektmanagement) und Wirtschaftlichkeit (Abrechnung)

* Nutzung und Einbindung des gesamten Know-hows der Firma - mit Blick für das große Ganze

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Hochschulstudium (z. B. Bauingenieurwesen) mit mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich Tiefbau / Geotechnik oder

* HTL Bautechnik mit mindestens 5 Jahren einschlägiger Berufserfahrung

* Deutschkenntnisse mind. C1

* Darüber hinaus bringst du mit:

** Die Fähigkeit zu wissen, wo und wie man die richtigen Informationen bekommt

** Erfahrung im Kombinieren und Bewerten von Fachbeiträgen

Gehalt

Für diese Position gilt bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt (z. B. BG 4 / 3. Jahr € 3.349,- brutto/Monat, exkl. Zulagen und Sozialleistungen). Das tatsächliche Gehalt legen wir gemeinsam im Bewerbungsprozess fest und orientieren es an deiner Qualifikation, Erfahrung und Motivation - mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
