Für einen internationalen Konzern für Aufzugs- und Fahrtreppentechnik suchen wir ab sofort einen Projektleiter (m/w/d) für Aufzüge im Bereich Modernisierung.

Sie planen und wickeln Modernisierungsprojekte eigenständig ab und arbeiten diese technisch aus. 1 Projektleiter (m/w/d) Aufzugsmodernisierung Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, 40 Std./Woche

* Reisebereitschaft ca. 20 bis 30 %

Start: ab sofort

Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenständige Planung und Abwicklung der Modernisierungsprojekte

* Technische Ausarbeitung der Modernisierungsprojekte

* Durchführung bzw. Organisation der Bestandsaufnahmen

* Erstellen von Fertigungszeichnungen und Anlagenplänen

* Bestellabwicklung für Konzern- und Lieferantenmaterial und Leistungen

* Überwachung der Projekte hinsichtlich Termine, Leistungen und Qualität

* Begleitung des gesamten Projektprozesses vom Auftrag bis zur Inbetriebnahme

* Abwicklung der TÜV- und Behördeneinreichungen

* Abklärungen mit Kunden, Architekten, Bauträgern und Planern

* Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen vor Ort und online (z. B. MS Teams)

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Montage, Service und weiteren Stakeholdern

* Erstellung von Kundendokumentationen und Montageunterlagen

* Prozessbasierte und digitale Datenablage

Ihr Profil

* Technische und/oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, HTL, FH) in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektbearbeitung von Aufzugsmodernisierungen

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (SAP, MS Office)

* Reisebereitschaft ca. 20 bis 30 %

* AutoCAD-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
