Glasfaserausbau schnell und zuverlässig mit den Spezialisten von Libra GmbH. Aktuell suchen wir 1 Projektleiter (m/w/d) für den Glasfaserausbau m/w/d Vollzeit Österreichweite Projekte Eintritt ab sofort

Die Libra AT GmbH realisiert als Generalunternehmer Glasfaserprojekte in Österreich. Wir suchen eine erfahrene Projektleitung, die unsere Ausbauprojekte technisch, kaufmännisch und organisatorisch eigenständig steuert. Du behältst Termine, Kosten und Qualität im Blick und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Auftraggeber.

Deine Aufgaben

· Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Glasfaser- und Tiefbauprojekten von der Arbeitsvorbereitung bis zur Abnahme und Abrechnung

· Steuerung der Bauleitung, Poliere, Eigenkolonnen und Nachunternehmer

· Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle sowie laufende Projektprognosen

· Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Gemeinden, Behörden, Planern und örtlicher Bauaufsicht

· Prüfung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Aufmaßen, Nachträgen und Abrechnungsunterlagen

· Sicherstellung vollständiger Baudokumentation in den vorgegebenen Kundensystemen

· Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Projektrisiken und Umsetzung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen

· Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung zu Fortschritt und Wirtschaftlichkeit

Dein Profil

· Technische Ausbildung im Bauwesen, Tiefbau oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich, z. B. HTL, FH, TU oder Werkmeisterschule

· Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Tiefbau- oder Infrastrukturprojekten, idealerweise im Glasfaserausbau

· Sicherer Umgang mit Leistungsverzeichnissen, Baukalkulation, Aufmaß und Abrechnung

· Führungserfahrung und verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern

· Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Kenntnisse in Bosnisch, Kroatisch oder Serbisch (BKS) sind von Vorteil.

· Führerschein B und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen innerhalb Österreichs

· Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und wirtschaftliche Arbeitsweise

Gehalt

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag Baugewerbe/Bauindustrie beträgt in A4 im 1. und 2. Gruppenjahr 5.099 € brutto monatlich auf Vollzeitbasis. Anrechenbare Gruppenjahre werden berücksichtigt. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht ausdrückliche Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
