Wir dürfen ihn bei der Suche nach einem PROJEKTLEITER (m/w/d) in Vollzeit unterstützen: 1 Projektleiter - Messebau (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben:

Eigenverantwortliche Planung (mittels CAD-Programm), Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Messe- und Eventbau

Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kund_innen, internen Teams, Lieferant_innen und Partnern

Angebots- und Budgetplanung sowie Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätskontrolle

Koordination von Auf- und Abbau sowie projektbezogene Logistik

Laufende Kund_innenbetreuung und Sicherstellung eines professionellen Projektablaufs

Nachkalkulation und Projektdokumentation

Was du mitbringen solltest:

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischer Erfahrung (z. B. Lehre, HTL, FH, Uni)

Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung, idealerweise im Messe-, Event-, Bau- oder Dienstleistungsumfeld

Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke

Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

Der Stelle entsprechend gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

Reisebereitschaft (projektabhängig)
