Als Projektleiter übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Entwicklung neuer Produkte und begleitest diese von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung.

Im Rahmen deines Onboardings machen wir dich fit und unterstützen dich auf dem Weg zum Loxone Experten. Deine Aufgaben

* Gesamtverantwortung für Projekte entlang des gesamten Produktentwicklungszyklus - von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung

* Steuerung interdisziplinärer Teams aus Design, Hardware, Software, Mechanik und Einkauf

* Planung, Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Projektzeitplänen und Meilensteinen

* Treffen und Herbeiführen von Entscheidungen im Sinne des Produkterfolgs

* Sicherstellung erfolgreicher Produktlaunches sowie des Produkt-Know-hows im gesamten Unternehmen

* Aktive Förderung des Loxone Team Spirits innerhalb der Projektteams

Dein Profil

* Technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU) oder vergleichbare Erfahrung von Vorteil

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder Produktmanagement

* Eine organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Umsetzungsstärke

* Du begeisterst dich für Haus- und Gebäudeautomation

* Erfahrung in der Steuerung interdisziplinärer Teams

* Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, Teams mitzureißen und für gemeinsame Ziele zu begeistern

* Überzeugendes Auftreten und sicheres Stakeholder-Management

* Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
