Deine Aufgaben

* Du bist verantwortlich für die Führung und Koordination der Dir zugeteilten Mitarbeiter

* Planung, Organisation und Überwachung, um eine reibungslose Baustellenabwicklung sicherzustellen

* Direkter Kontakt zu den Kunden sowie kompetente Beratung während des Projektverlaufs

* Fachliche Durchführung als auch Qualitätskontrolle von Wärme-, Kälte- und Schallschutzisolierungen, Verblechungen sowie Vorrichttätigkeiten

* Zudem hat die Einhaltung der werksinternen Sicherheitsvorschriften höchste Priorität für Dich

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kälte-, Wärme-, Schall- und Brandschutzisolierer oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Isoliermonteur

* Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter/Vorarbeiter mit Schnittstelle zu Kunden und Betriebsleitung

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse sind ein weiteres Plus

* Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit runden Dein Profil perfekt ab

Der Bruttostundenlohn beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag mindestens € 19,63 zzgl. Zulagen und Diäten, je nach Einsatzort - mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung entsprechend Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
