Sie sind die treibende Kraft in der Planung und Umsetzung neuer Softwaresysteme für unsere internen Systeme. Als Schnittstelle zwischen unserer IT und den entsprechenden Fachabteilungen sind Sie die Ansprechperson bei auftretenden Fragen. Nach erfolgreicher Einführung der Software führen Sie die interne Schulung unserer Key-User durch.

Was Sie erwartet:

* Einführung neuer Softwaresysteme von der Evaluierung bis zum Rollout (z.B. ERP, CRM)

* Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Applikationen

* Anforderungsmanagement (Erhebung, Analyse, Definition, Validierung, Testen)

* Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität (Funktionalität, Benutzerfreundlichkeit, Performance etc.)

* Schnittstelle zwischen Softwareentwicklung und internen Abteilungen

* Schulung von Key Usern

* Prozessmoderation und -modellierung für Kundenanfragen

* Product Ownership and Produktmanagement für definierte Produkte

* Projektleitung und -mitarbeit

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

* Ausbildung aus Bereichen wie Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT, Prozessmanagement oder vergleichbar

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im ERP- und Enterprise Application Umfeld (z.B. ERP, CRM, MES, BI)

* Versiert mit Arbeitsmethoden wie Projekt-, Prozess- und Requirement-Management (z.B. BPMN, SCRUM, ITIL)

* Erfahrung mit AP+, Jira, Confluence und Power-BI ist genauso von Vorteil wie Programmier- und Datenbankkenntnisse

* Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

* Analytisches Denken, hohe Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke, professionelles Auftreten
