Im Bereich Digital Platforms arbeiten die Teams Web Experience, Backend & Automation Services, AI und Commerce Solutions gemeinsam an Projekten wie dem LOXONE Partner Portal, dem LOXONE Webshop, internen Plattformen und KI-Anwendungen. Als Projektmanager_in übernimmst du die Fäden für diese Projekte - von der Konzeption bis zum erfolgreichen Go-live - und sorgst dafür, dass Zeitplan, Ressourcen und Stakeholder immer im Einklang bleiben.

Deine Aufgaben * Planung, Koordination und Steuerung digitaler Projekte über den gesamten Projektverlauf - von der Konzeption bis zum erfolgreichen Go-live (z. B. LOXONE Partner Portal, LOXONE Webshop, interne Plattformen und KI-Anwendungen) * Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams aus Web Experience, Backend & Automation, AI und Commerce Solutions * Planung, Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Projektzeitplänen, Meilensteinen und Ressourcen * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Projektstruktur (Projekte, Issues, Prioritäten, Reporting) * Transparente Kommunikation von Projektfortschritt, Risiken und Entscheidungen an alle Stakeholder * Koordination internationaler Projekte und Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern über Ländergrenzen und Zeitzonen hinweg * Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Etablierung einheitlicher Projektmanagement-Standards im Bereich Digital Platforms

Dein Profil * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Medien-, Projekt- oder Wirtschaftsmanagement (FH, Uni) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Projektkoordination, idealerweise im digitalen, Web- oder Medienumfeld * Praxis in der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs- oder digitalen Produktteams von Vorteil * Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte, verlässliche Arbeitsweise * Affinität zu digitalen Tools und Technologien; Grundverständnis für Web und IT von Vorteil * Erfahrung in der Koordination interdisziplinärer, idealerweise internationaler Teams * Klare und freundliche Kommunikation sowie sicheres Auftreten im Stakeholder-Management * Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit klarer Priorisierung * Erfahrung mit modernen Projektmanagement-Tools * Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Wir sind bereit den Fähigkeiten angemessen mehr zu bezahlen und freuen uns, dich ebenso kennenzulernen, sollte dein Gehaltswunsch auch deutlich über dem vorgesehenen Gehaltsrahmen liegen.
