Zeit für eine neue Herausforderung

* Steuerung von Produktentwicklungsprojekten hinsichtlich Zeitplan, Budget, Qualität und Zielerreichung

* Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams und Abstimmung von Ressourcen, Meilensteinen und Deliverables

* Begleitung der technischen Umsetzung und Sicherstellung der Abstimmung mit Systemanforderungen und Entwicklungsstrategien

* Überwachung von Projektfortschritt, technischem Reifegrad und Risiken sowie Unterstützung bei Entscheidungsprozessen

* Zentrale Schnittstelle zu Kunden sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern inklusive regelmäßigem Statusreporting

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Einkauf, SCM, Qualität, Testing und Produktion

* Begleitung von Änderungs- und Risikomanagement sowie Unterstützung bei der Industrialisierung neuer Produkte

Skills sind der Schlüssel

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL/Studium) in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Fahrzeugtechnik

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement, idealerweise in Automotive oder E-Mobility

* Praxis im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie Jira, Confluence oder MS Project

* Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für komplexe Systeme und Produktentwicklungsprozesse; Batterie-Know-how von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Steuerung internationaler, interdisziplinärer Teams und im Stakeholder Management

* IPMA Level C bzw. vergleichbare Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch

* Reisebereitschaft

Gehalt

Für diese Position gilt ein Monatsbruttogehalt von € 4.800 bis 5.600.

Geboten wird eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Qualifikationen und Erfahrung.
