Dein Aufgabengebiet

* Koordination und Steuerung nationaler sowie internationaler Einkaufs- und Prozessprojekte

* Erstellung, Analyse und Präsentation von Projektkennzahlen und Statusberichten mittels Excel und BI-Tools

* Aufnahme, Strukturierung und Abstimmung fachlicher Anforderungen zwischen Einkauf und IT

* Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Systemanpassungen sowie Änderungsanforderungen in Projektapplikationen

* Optimierung von Einkaufs- und Geschäftsprozessen durch moderne Methoden des Prozessmanagements

* Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern und Projektteams

Überzeuge uns mit deinen Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HTL, FH oder Universität)

* Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Power BI von Vorteil

* Praxis im Umgang mit digitalen Beschaffungs- oder Lieferantenmanagementsystemen

* Erfahrung in einer Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und Projektmanagement wünschenswert

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
