Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor huurders en je weet precies wat er nodig is om een pand goed te laten functioneren. Dat gaat soms om service en afstemming, en soms om snelle actie bij een storing, lekkage of een issue rond brandveiligheid of installaties. Jij houdt de lijn kort, schakelt met de juiste partijen en zorgt dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Naast het dagelijkse beheer breng je structuur en voorspelbaarheid in het onderhoud. Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, actualiseren en bewaken van het MJOP en MJOB, en je vertaalt de onderhoudsbehoefte naar heldere prioriteiten, budgetten en een realistische planning.
