Wir sind ein seit 40 Jahren bestehender Innovationsbetrieb im Bereich der Produktion von Edelfurnieren und deren Weiterveredelung.

Neuartige Ideen, ausgeklügelte Entwicklungen und vor allem Kreativität zeichnen uns am Markt für Platten- und Möbelerzeugnisse

aus und machen uns zur ersten Adresse für die weiterverarbeitende Industrie.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir laufend neugierigee und engagierte Mitarbeiter_innen 1 Prozess- und Produktentwickler_in

Wen wir suchen:

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

Du wächst mit jeder Aufgabe.

Dein Bereich umfasst:

* die eigenständige und eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Bearbeitung der Aufgabenbereiche Prozess- und Produktentwicklung

* Optimierung von qualitätsrelevanten Abläufen

* Umsetzung von KVP Projekten

* Erstellung von Mustern und Prototypen

* Material- und Werkstoffuntersuchungen

* Berichts- und Protokollwesen

Mitbringen solltest Du:

Eines vorweg bei uns kann man alles lernen.

Leichter geht`s mit:

* einer Ausbildung im Bereich Holzbe- und verarbeitung oder Holztechnik mit einem guten holztechnischen Grundlagenwissen

* handwerkliche Fähigkeiten

* die Absicht langfristig im Unternehmen zu bleiben mit Wohnsitz in der Region
