Dein Aufgabengebiet

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Fertigungs- und Prozessabläufen

* Planung, Ausarbeitung und Budgetierung von Produktionsinvestitionen sowie Erarbeitung ganzheitlicher Automatisierungsstrategien

* Aufbau von Strukturen zur Wirksamkeitsmessung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

* Implementierung taktgebundener Produktionsprozesse und Gestaltung einer ausbalancierten, Pull-basierten Ablauforganisation

* Analyse von Verschwendungsquellen und technische Ursachenforschung bei maschinellen Störungen zur Steigerung der Produktivität

* Steuerung und Abstimmung mit einem externen Entwicklungspartner inklusive Termin- und Qualitätsverantwortung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Bereichen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette

* Durchführung und Koordination von Schulungen zu neuen Abläufen im Energy-Team

* Aktive Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der Energieversorgung der Zukunft

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (FH/TU) mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Optimierung, Planung oder Steuerung von Produktionsprozessen

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean-, Prozess- und Qualitätsmethoden (z. B. Six Sigma, Kaizen)

* Teamfähige, kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Umsetzungsorientierung

* Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zu Reisetätigkeiten von ca. 20 %

* Der Anforderung entsprechende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
