In deze functie behandel je volwassenen met verslavingsproblematiek en complexe psychiatrische co-morbiditeit. Je bent betrokken bij het volledige behandelproces, van intake en diagnostiek tot behandeling, evaluatie en nazorg. Afhankelijk van jouw expertise vervul je de rol van regiebehandelaar en draag je actief bij aan zowel de medische als psychotherapeutische behandeling. Je voert intakes, diagnostiek en indicatiestellingen uit en stelt behandelplannen op die je gedurende het traject evalueert en bijstuurt waar nodig. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van specialistische behandeling en adviseer je collega's binnen het multidisciplinaire behandelteam. Ook lever je een actieve bijdrage aan behandelbeleid, kwaliteitsontwikkeling en innovatie binnen de organisatie. Over de organisatie Via Corparis ga je aan de slag bij een specialistische GGZ-organisatie in Eindhoven die zich richt op de behandeling van volwassenen met verslavingsproblematiek en bijkomende psychiatrische klachten. Je komt terecht in een betrokken multidisciplinair team bestaande uit onder andere psychiaters, verpleegkundig specialisten, klinisch psychologen, GZ-psychologen, verpleegkundigen, sociotherapeuten en casemanagers.
