Groepspraktijk Ringoir is een warme, professionele groepspraktijk in het hart van Sint-Niklaas. Wij bieden psychologische en therapeutische begeleiding aan volwassenen, koppels en gezinnen, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, ethiek en echte verbinding.

Door groei van onze praktijk zijn we op zoek naar een tweede arts-psychiater die zich mee wil verankeren in ons team.

Als arts-psychiater binnen Groepspraktijk Ringoir werk je zelfstandig met cliënten, maar nooit alleen. Je maakt deel uit van een betrokken team waar overleg, reflectie en professionele groei centraal staan.

Je taken omvatten o.a.:

  • Individuele begeleiding van volwassenen Met specifieke hulpvragen omtrent: 2nd opinion rond medicatie, herevaluatie psychofarmaca, euthanasie-aanvragen, depressie en persoonlijkheidsstoornissen
  • Intakegesprekken met nieuwe cliënten en opvolgingstrajecten
  • Correcte verslaggeving en administratieve opvolging Ons praktijksecretariaat kan heel wat administratie overnemen, dit bekijken we samen.
  • Deelname aan teamoverleg en intervisie om de 6 weken (hapjes & drankjes zijn voorzien ;)).
  • Mee bewaken van de kwaliteit en waarden van de groepspraktijk
  • Je bent arts-psychiater (master geneeskunde + specialiatie psychiatrie) en in orde met erkenning en RIZIV.
  • Je bent ingeschreven als zelfstandige in hoofd/bijberoep in het KBO.
  • (Bij voorkeur) bijkomende opleiding in psychotherapie of bereidheid om je hierin verder te scholen op lange termijn.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en cliëntgericht
  • Je kan professioneel grenzen bewaken en tegelijk warm en authentiek aanwezig zijn
  • Je hebt zin om mee te draaien in een groepspraktijk en bij te dragen aan een positief teamklimaat
  • Ervaring is een absolute vereiste, gezien de complexiteit van onze dossiers.
