In deze functie werk je met volwassenen die naast psychische klachten te maken hebben met doofheid, slechthorendheid, tinnitus en/of hyperacusis. Je krijgt de kans om je breed te ontwikkelen binnen de GGZ en werkt vanuit de visie van positieve gezondheid. De organisatie biedt een unieke combinatie van behandeling, begeleiding en training. Door deze integrale aanpak kijk je niet alleen naar de psychische hulpvraag van cliënten, maar ook naar hun functioneren in het dagelijks leven en hun communicatiebehoeften. Als psycholoog ben je verantwoordelijk voor diagnostiek, indicatiestelling en behandeling van cliënten met uiteenlopende psychische problematiek. Je voert psychodiagnostisch onderzoek uit, stelt behandelplannen op en begeleidt cliënten gedurende het behandeltraject. Daarnaast bewaak je de voortgang van behandelingen, verzorg je de rapportages en draag je zorg voor een correcte dossiervorming. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen het multidisciplinaire team en onderhoudt contact met externe partijen zoals huisartsen en andere GGZ-instellingen. Ook lever je een actieve bijdrage aan deskundigheidsbevordering, innovatie en de verdere ontwikkeling van behandelmethodieken.
