Jouw rol Als GZ-Psycholoog / Locatiemanager voor locatie Amsterdam combineer je inhoudelijke verantwoordelijkheid met leidinggevende taken. Je denkt mee over verbetering van behandelprocessen en draagt bij aan beleidsontwikkeling. Als lid van het managementteam van Psycholoog Nederland werk je actief mee aan organisatiebrede thema's en haal je energie uit het verder professionaliseren en strategisch ontwikkelen van de organisatie. Jij: - behandelt cliënten met psychische klachten zoals stemmings- en angststoornissen, trauma- en stressorgerelateerde stoornissen, obsessieve-compulsieve stoornissen, aanhoudende lichamelijke klachten en milde tot matige persoonlijkheidsproblematiek binnen mono- en multidisciplinaire setting; - coördineert de dagelijkse gang van zaken op locatie en draagt bij aan een prettige werksfeer; - Stuurt, coacht en ondersteunt je collega's met betrekking tot functioneren en duurzame inzetbaarheid; - bewaakt kwaliteit, planning en productiviteit op locatie; - denkt mee over verbetering van behandelprocessen en draagt bij aan beleidsontwikkeling; - overlegt met collega-locatiemanagers en het managementteam over organisatiebrede thema's en de verdere professionalisering van Psycholoog Nederland.
