Het Federaal Instituut voor de Rechten van de Mens werft aan: 1 Psychosociaal Begeleider "Klokkenluiders" (V/M/X) (NIVEAU B8/1) voor een tijdelijke contractuele functie van 6 maanden.

Wie zijn wij?

Het Federaal Instituut voor de Rechten van de Mens (FIRM) is een onafhankelijke instelling die, in samenwerking met andere organisaties, waakt over het respect, de kennis en de bewustwording van de mensenrechten in België. Het FIRM werd opgericht bij de wet van 12 mei 2019.

Het FIRM is door de Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutes (GANHRI) geaccrediteerd als nationaal instituut voor de mensenrechten (NHRI) in overeenstemming met de Principes van Parijs. Het FIRM heeft momenteel een federale bevoegdheid en een residuair mandaat. Het FIRM werkt tweetalig (Frans-Nederlands).

Context van de functie

Als tijdelijk psychosociaal begeleider voor de klokkenluiders werk je nauw samen met de teamleader van het externe team en andere collega’s die de klokkenluiders ondersteunen (1 Franstalige psychosociaal begeleider, een Franstalige en een Nederlandstalige jurist).

Je draagt bij aan de uitvoering van de opdracht tot ondersteuning van de klokkenluiders en staat meer in het bijzonder in voor de psychosociale begeleiding van de klokkenluiders, in nauwe samenwerking met je Franstalige collega.

Dit betreft een contractuele aanwerving voor een tijdelijke functie van 6 maanden.

Je taken

Als psychosociaal begeleider gespecialiseerd in de problematiek van klokkenluiders zijn je taken onder meer de volgende:

  • Zorgen voor het onthaal en de permanentie (in persoon en/of telefonisch) en de inkomende aanvragen van klokkenluiders beheren (in persoon /telefonisch/online formulier)
  • Het aanbod en de ondersteuning voor klokkenluiders versterken en verzekeren op het gebied van: psychologische, sociale, professionele re-integratie, media en IT-ondersteuning, met inbegrip van de administratieve aspecten daarvan
  • Zorgen voor omvattende ondersteuning op maat van de klokkenluiders die het FIRM benaderen, op basis van een analyse van hun behoeften
  • Via diverse acties (bv. website, brochures, informatiesessies, opleiding, voorlichtingscampagne...) bijdragen tot de ontwikkeling van een Belgische juridische en sociale cultuur die gunstig is voor de operationele uitvoering van de wettelijke bepalingen inzake klokkenluiders
  • Samen met uw collega('s) zorgen voor een geïntegreerde aanpak van de problematiek vanuit juridisch, sociaal, psychosociaal en communicatief oogpunt
  • Kennis over nationale en internationale ontwikkelingen op het gebied van klokkenluiden en mensenrechten in brede zin documenteren en intern delen
  • En alle andere taken op verzoek van de teamleader die nodig zijn voor de goede werking van het instituut.

Je profiel

Noodzakelijke voorwaarden:

  • Beschikken over een diploma hoger onderwijs van het korte type (bachelor sociaal werk of gelijkwaardig), erkend in België
  • Ervaring : minimum 3 jaar relevante ervaring met psychosociale ondersteuning van slachtoffers
  • Een opleiding oplossingsgerichte therapie is een meerwaarde
  • Het recht hebben om in België te werken en te verblijven

Technische vaardigheden en competenties:

  • Beheersing van technieken voor eerstelijnsonthaal en -begeleiding
  • Beheersing van de verschillende methodieken voor de begeleiding/hulpverlening aan slachtoffers
  • Dit is een Nederlandstalige functie. Het FIRM werkt in het Nederlands en het Frans. Kennis van het Nederlands op C2 niveau en van het Frans minstens op B2 niveau is noodzakelijk (volgens het Common European Framework of Reference for Languages – CEFR: voor Nederlands en voor Frans)
  • Praktische kennis van het Engels
  • Goede kennis van diverse IT-toepassingen (voornamelijk Office-pakket)
  • Goede kennis van het gebruik van de hardware en de IT- en telefoonsoftware/applicaties die nodig zijn voor de uitoefening van de functie
  • Zeer goede synthese- en schrijfvaardigheid
  • Zeer goede mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukkingsvaardigheid en zeer goed vermogen om zich aan te passen aan de gesprekspartner(s)
  • Indien nodig ook buiten kantooruren beschikbaar kunnen zijn
