Over ons - Over Parnassia Groep - Collega's over Parnassia Groep Psychotherapeut Parnassia Haaglanden zoekt een psychotherapeut voor het DCT-team in Den Haag. Ben jij een psychotherapeut die energie krijgt van pionieren en het behandelen van cliënten met ernstige psychopathologie en complexe zorgvragen? Iemand die écht het verschil maken door samen te werken in de gehele zorgketen en de kwaliteit van leven van deze doelgroep te verbeteren? Dan zoeken wij jou om samen met ons te bouwen aan duurzaam herstel en perspectief! Dit ga je doen Als Psychotherapeut kom je te werken in één van de nieuwste en meest innovatieve teams van Parnassia Haaglanden: Het DCT-team. Dit team bestaat uit doeners en vernieuwers die niet terugdeinzen voor complexe zorg. Samen behandelen we ontregelde cliënten met veelal chronische suïcidaliteit door middel van Dialectische Gedragstherapie (DGT), intensieve traumabehandeling en een Crisis Management Plan met BOR-regeling. Dit doen we in nauwe samenwerking met de Acute Keten, wijkteams, PsyQ en Youz in de regio Haaglanden. Jouw werkzaamheden: - werken in een nieuw multidisciplinair team met psychologen, psychiaters, artsen, systeemtherapeuten, vaktherapeuten, verpleegkundigen, ervaringsdeskundigen en onderzoekers; - behandelen van cliënten met complexe persoonlijkheidsproblematiek en traumatisering; - fungeren als regiebehandelaar binnen de intensieve traumadeeltijd, waar je zelf behandelt en tevens gz-psychologen en basispsychologen superviseert; - samen met collega's zorgen voor consultatie en indicatie voor cliënten, naasten en professionals, zodat de best haalbare behandeling wordt gerealiseerd; - bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling, uitvoering en uitdraging van onze vernieuwende behandelvisie. Dit ben jij - een psychotherapeut, die houdt van samenwerken en verbinden; - communicatief sterk en niet bang om nieuwe wegen in te slaan; - ervaren in het behandelen van cliënten met complexe persoonlijkheidsproblem...
