Wat ga je doen?

  • Ondersteunen van de aankoop en planning van grondstoffen.
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen van A tot Z.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers en opvolgen van gemaakte afspraken.
  • Bewaken van levertermijnen en tijdig bijsturen wanneer nodig.
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van voorraden en safety stocks.
  • Controleren van prijzen, orderbevestigingen en facturen.
  • Oplossen van operationele uitdagingen en snel schakelen bij wijzigingen.
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere processen en verbeteringen binnen de werking.
  • Nauw samenwerken met aankoop, productie, planning en supply chain.
  • Zorgen voor een tijdige beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen, zodat de productie vlot kan blijven draaien.

  • Je behaalde een bachelor in Supply Chain, Logistiek, Bedrijfsmanagement, Economie of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Een eerste relevante werkervaring binnen aankoop, supply chain, planning of logistiek is een plus, maar geen must.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en houdt ervan om zaken goed op te volgen.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet cijfers en data te vertalen naar concrete acties.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met collega's en externe partners.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en wacht niet af wanneer er actie nodig is.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om nieuwe systemen en processen snel onder de knie te krijgen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en werkt vlot met cijfers en gegevens.
  • Ervaring met SAP is mooi meegenomen, maar kan je ook on the job aanleren.
