Ter uitbreiding van ons team kijken we uit naar een nieuwe collega in onze Aankoopafdeling. Als Purchasing Officer ben jij de spil tussen onze leveranciers, interne teams en de productie. Je volgt aankooporders nauwgezet op, bewaakt levertermijnen en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste materialen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Dankzij jouw proactieve aanpak, kritische blik en sterke opvolging bouw je mee aan een vlotte en efficiënte aankoopwerking. Een veelzijdige rol voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en snel kan schakelen.

Over de rol

  • Je plaatst aankooporders op basis van stock, historiek en forecast.
  • Je volgt orders en leveranciers nauwgezet op en bewaakt tijdige leveringen om stockbreuken te voorkomen.
  • Je stemt afwijkingen in prijs, kwaliteit, levering en facturatie af met leveranciers en interne stakeholders.
  • Je ondersteunt bij aankoopdossiers, prijsaanvragen en onderhandelingen.
  • Op basis van beschikbare data maak je analyses en voorzie je inzichten.
  • Je ondersteunt aankoopprojecten en krijgt ruimte om initiatief te nemen in procesverbetering.

Over jou

Jij past perfect in deze rol omdat jij:

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring hebt binnen een gelijkaardige functie zoals aankoper, productieplanner, supply chain specialist … , per voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring hebt met het gebruik van een ERP systeem. (Voorkeur Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Oog voor detail hebt en nauwkeurig aan de slag gaat bij het vaststellen van afwijkingen.
  • De juiste prioriteiten kan stellen bij onverwachte problemen.
  • Vlot communiceert in het Nederlands en Engels.
  • Ook beschikt over minstens een basis Frans.
  • Over een degelijke kennis van Excel beschikt, kennis van tools zoals PowerBi zijn een pluspunt.
