Jobomschrijving

Als Quality Assurance Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de kwaliteit van zowel nieuwe als bestaande producten gedurende hun volledige levenscyclus, van ontwikkeling tot commerciële productie. Je garandeert dat processen, producten en documentatie voldoen aan alle GMP-richtlijnen, wettelijke vereisten en klantverwachtingen.

  • Beoordelen en vrijgeven van API's, tussenproducten en eindproducten
  • Analyseren en evalueren van productie-, kwaliteits- en validatiegegevens volgens GMP-richtlijnen
  • Opvolgen en beoordelen van batchdocumentatie
  • Zelfstandig beslissen over productvrijgave voor verdere verwerking of levering aan klanten
  • Beheren en opvolgen van wijzigingsaanvragen (Change Controls)
  • Onderzoeken van afwijkingen, klachten en atypische resultaten
  • Uitvoeren en beoordelen van root cause analyses
  • Samenwerken met productie, QC, IPC en R&D om kwaliteitsproblemen structureel op te lossen
  • Evalueren van wijzigingen binnen productieprocessen en de impact ervan op productkwaliteit
  • Opstellen, coördineren en opvolgen van validatieplannen
  • Evalueren van validatierapporten en proceskwalificaties (PPQ)
  • Bewaken van de validatiestatus van productieprocessen
  • Garanderen dat productieprocessen consistent voldoen aan wettelijke en klantgebonden eisen
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten inzake kwaliteitsgerelateerde vraagstukken
  • Organiseren en leiden van Quality Review Meetings
  • Behandelen en opvolgen van klantenvragen en klachten
  • Opbouwen van duurzame relaties met interne en externe stakeholders
  • Begeleiden van klantenaudits en inspecties door autoriteiten
  • Presenteren en verdedigen van kwaliteitsdocumentatie tijdens audits
  • Actief bijdragen aan kwaliteitsbewustzijn en continue verbetering binnen de organisatie
  • Masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke richting zoals Farmacie, Chemie, Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen of Industriële Wetenschappen, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Goede kennis van organische en analytische chemie en relevante farmaceutische regelgeving
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen Quality Assurance, Quality Control of een productieomgeving is een must
  • Ervaring met GMP-richtlijnen is een belangrijke meerwaarde
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen gecombineerd met een kritische en oplossingsgerichte mindset
  • Vermogen om processen te overzien en verbanden te leggen vanuit een helikopterperspectief
  • Vlotte communicator die gemakkelijk relaties opbouwt met interne en externe stakeholders
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Gestructureerde en nauwkeurige manier van werken, met oog voor prioriteiten
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband sterk presterend
  • Interesse in operational excellence en continue verbetering
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en Outlook; ervaring met SAP en/of SharePoint is een plus
