Dit productiebedrijf is een familiebedrijf met een open en gemoedelijke werksfeer waar vakmanschap en samenwerken centraal staan. De organisatie in Hengevelde lost complexe vraagstukken op rondom engineering en assemblage van machineonderdelen en systemen en biedt een integraal dienstenpakket van conceptontwikkeling tot montage. De medewerkers werken nauw samen met de kwaliteitsafdeling en de KAM-functie om klantspecifieke eisen te vertalen naar werkbare oplossingen en te borgen in processen en documentatie. De werkvloer in Hengevelde kenmerkt zich door praktijkgerichte samenwerking tussen meetkamer, engineering en productie en er is aandacht voor opleiding en ontwikkeling van medewerkers. De organisatie hanteert kwaliteitssystemen en voert met regelmaat First Article Inspections en kwaliteitsaudits uit om klant- en normeisen te waarborgen. Werknemers ervaren er een directe betrokkenheid bij verbeterprojecten en bij het opstellen van werkinstructies en kalibratieactiviteiten. - Beoordelen van de kwaliteit van materialen, deelproducten en eindproducten

- Als Engineer Kwaliteit uitvoeren en documenteren van First Article Inspections (FAI)

- Implementeren en borgen van klantspecifieke eisen

- Als Engineer Kwaliteit opstellen en uitvoeren van verbeterprojecten

- Opstellen van werkinstructies en het geven van voorlichting

Functie-eisen: - MBO+ / HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur Werktuigbouwkunde, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar

- Affiniteit met kwaliteitssystemen en klantspecifieke eisen in hoogwaardige industrieën
