Je werkt samen met operations en management om QA stevig te verankeren binnen de organisatie! Functieomschrijving Als QA Specialist ben je breed inzetbaar binnen het kwaliteitsdomein en draag je actief bij aan het onderhouden en verbeteren van het kwaliteitssysteem. Je zorgt samen met 1 QA collega ervoor dat processen voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving en begeleidt audits van verschillende instanties en klanten. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in het signaleren van verbeterkansen en het verder digitaliseren van QA-processen. Verantwoordelijkheden - Beheren en actualiseren van het kwaliteitssysteem, documentatie en registraties - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van audits (BRC) - Coördineren van klachtenafhandeling, retourstromen en eventuele recall procedures - Uitvoeren van interne controles op hygiëne, onderhoud en voedselveiligheid Profiel - Kennis van BRC, HACCP of vergelijkbare kwaliteitsstandaarden - MBO4 of HBO werk- en denkniveau met relevante QA-ervaring - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen de foodsector - Praktische, proactieve en no-nonsense werkhouding - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en gevoel voor samenwerking Bedrijfsomschrijving Deze organisatie is actief binnen de foodsector en kenmerkt zich door een pragmatische en ondernemende werkwijze.
