📌 QA Specialist - MES Systems Integration

Voor een productieomgeving in Puurs-Sint-Amands wordt een QA Specialist gezocht ter ondersteuning van een strategisch programma voor de vervanging van een legacy MES-oplossing door een gestandaardiseerd systeem dat volledig geïntegreerd wordt in het lokale IT/OT-landschap.

De functie maakt deel uit van het lokale projectteam en ondersteunt businessprocessen en MBR-design, met als doel de afstemming tussen MBR-ontwerp en kwaliteitsvereisten te borgen. Daarnaast omvat de rol master data-wijzigingen, requirements gathering, training en implementatieactiviteiten, met voortdurende aandacht voor GxP-compliance en interne kwaliteitsvereisten.

Je werkt nauw samen met Quality Assurance, Quality Control, IT, globale solution teams en operationele eindgebruikers om de succesvolle oplevering en adoptie van nieuwe systemen en processen te ondersteunen.

📌 Master Batch Record Design & Review

Zorgen voor een vlotte en lean overgang van bestaande MBR's, master recipes en andere MES-functionaliteiten en rapporten naar de nieuwe omgeving.

Master recipes reviewen op GxP-compliance, integratie van kritische procesparameters en afstemming met validatie- en registratiedocumentatie.

Actief bijdragen aan review by exception-opportuniteiten en verticale integratie-initiatieven.

Ondersteunen van een gestructureerde en uniforme opzet van master data.

MBR- en recipe-design beoordelen vanuit kwaliteitsperspectief.

✅ Business Process Analysis & Requirements Management

Bestaande manufacturing-processen en systeemworkflows documenteren en analyseren.

Ondersteunen van process mapping en future-state procesdesign.

Business- en user requirements verzamelen, reviewen, challengen en documenteren.

Meewerken aan de voorbereiding en review van User Requirement Specifications (URS).

Fit-gap-analyses ondersteunen tussen huidige processen en de mogelijkheden van het doelsysteem.

Traceerbaarheid van requirements borgen doorheen de validatielifecycle.

📁 Project & Stakeholder Management

Werken in een cross-functioneel projectteam binnen een dynamische omgeving met veranderende prioriteiten.

Projectplanning en uitvoeringsactiviteiten ondersteunen.

Deelnemen aan projectmeetings, workshops, testsessies en stakeholderreviews.

Projectrisico's, issues en voortgang proactief communiceren.

Change control-activiteiten en documentatie ondersteunen.

📌 Testing & System Implementation

Validatie- en user acceptance testing-protocollen voorbereiden, reviewen en uitvoeren.

Testactiviteiten coördineren met business stakeholders en subject matter experts.

Testevidence, afwijkingen, defects en corrigerende acties documenteren.

System integration testing en end-to-end validatie van businessprocessen ondersteunen.

Verifiëren dat geïmplementeerde oplossingen voldoen aan business- en compliancevereisten.

📌 Change Management & Training

De uitrol en adoptie van nieuwe systemen en businessprocessen ondersteunen.

SOP's en procedurele documentatie opstellen en actualiseren.

Training ondersteunen voor eindgebruikers en betrokken stakeholders.

🌍 Talen

Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.

Ervaring met QA in een GxP-gereguleerde omgeving.

Ervaring met MES-systemen en gereguleerde applicaties; kennis van LIMS, QMS en SAP-gebaseerde oplossingen is relevant voor deze rol.

Ervaring met business process analysis, requirements gathering en het opstellen of reviewen van URS-documentatie.

Kennis van testing, validatie en Computer System Validation binnen een gereguleerde omgeving.

Sterke stakeholder management- en communicatieve vaardigheden.

Kennis van data migration en master data-concepten is een plus.

Je werkt gestructureerd, kwaliteitsgericht en voelt je comfortabel in een projectomgeving met verschillende interne stakeholders.
