Grensarbeid zoekt voor CHILL een QC Operator bij DCL Maastricht

DCL Corporation, gevestigd in Toronto, is een toonaangevende producent van hoogwaardige pigmenten voor de lak-, kunststof- en drukinktindustrie. Voor hun vestiging in Maastricht zijn we op zoek naar een QC Operator (2 ploegendienst OD & MD)

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het Quality Control laboratorium en draag je bij aan de kwaliteit van onze producten en processen. Je werkt nauw samen met productie en zorgt ervoor dat analyses, kwaliteitscontroles en administratieve processen correct en tijdig worden uitgevoerd.

Als QC Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

· Het veilig uitvoeren van alle werkzaamheden binnen het QC Laboratorium volgens de geldende procedures, werkinstructies en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

· Het handhaven van een hoog niveau van veiligheid, orde en netheid conform de geldende EHS-richtlijnen en 5S-standaarden.

· Het analyseren en beoordelen van tussentijdse monsters afkomstig van de afdelingen Synthese en Finishing, inclusief de bijbehorende administratieve verwerking.

· Het voorbereiden van recepturen en het verzorgen van de bijbehorende administratie.

· Het beoordelen van niet conforme producten en materialen.

· Het testen, vrijgeven en administratief verwerken van eindmonsters.

· Het verzorgen van een correcte en efficiënte ploegenoverdracht.

· Het actief gebruiken van OEE tools en deelnemen aan LVP-sessies.

Wat breng je mee?

Een afgeronde Mbo4 opleiding in een laboratorium-, chemische of technische richting.

Grondige kennis van LMS en colorimetrie.

Goede computervaardigheden, waaronder MS Office en ERP.

Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een nauwkeurige werkwijze.

Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een proactieve houding ten aanzien van kwaliteit en verbetering.
