De functie Verantwoordelijkheden en werkzaamheden Wie zoekt deze organisatie? - Minimaal hbo-/bachelorwerk- en denkniveau in bijvoorbeeld (bio)chemie, farmakunde, Health & Life Sciences, Veiligheidskunde of een vergelijkbare richting. - Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een farmaceutische, chemische, voedingsmiddelen- of andere procesindustriële omgeving. - Ervaring binnen een QA-, SHE- of geïntegreerde QESH-functie in een gereguleerde productieomgeving. - Gedegen kennis van ISO 9001, IPEC cGMP/GMP, incidentmanagement, risicobeheersing en relevante SHE-wet- en regelgeving. - Ervaring binnen een ARIE-, BRZO- of andere hoog-risicoomgeving is een sterke pré. - Een sterke aanwezigheid op de werkvloer en een natuurlijke drive om verbeteringen daadwerkelijk te realiseren. - Je bent analytisch sterk, pragmatisch, besluitvaardig en resultaatgericht. - Ervaring met het uitvoeren van audits, incidentonderzoeken, root cause analyses en het implementeren van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen. - Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels vloeiend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Affiniteit met AI-tools , zoals Microsoft Copilot.
