Functieomschrijving Als QHSE Coördinator ben jij dé spil op het gebied van kwaliteit, gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu binnen EBS. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat QHSE niet alleen op papier goed geregeld is, maar ook daadwerkelijk wordt nageleefd binnen de organisatie. Je beheert en optimaliseert het bestaande kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem, werkt met ISO 9001, ISO 14001, de RI&E en de CO₂-Prestatieladder trede 4. Daarnaast adviseer je interne stakeholders, vertaal je wet- en regelgeving naar praktische werkwijzen en zorg je ervoor dat EBS compliant blijft én continu verbetert. Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit Zoetermeer, maar bezoekt daarnaast regelmatig de locaties in Purmerend en Zwolle (gemiddeld één à twee keer per week). In deze zelfstandige functie rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de COO en krijg je de vrijheid om de volledige QHSE-organisatie verder vorm te geven. Verantwoordelijkheden: - Beheren, onderhouden en verbeteren van het QHSE-managementsysteem; - Zorgdragen voor het behoud en de verdere ontwikkeling van ISO 9001 en ISO 14001; - Begeleiden en actualiseren van de RI&E; - Coördineren van de CO₂-Prestatieladder (trede 4); - Adviseren van management en interne stakeholders over QHSE-vraagstukken; - Vertalen van wet- en regelgeving naar praktische procedures; - Toezien op naleving van beleid en procedures binnen de organisatie; - Signaleren van verbeterkan...
