Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf dat zich richt op het borgen van kwaliteit, gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu binnen haar processen. De organisatie zoekt een QHSE Manager die de QHSE-visie verder uitrolt en borgt in de dagelijkse operatie. Het bedrijf werkt volgens vastgestelde procedures en zoekt iemand die processen kan optimaliseren en collega’s kan begeleiden bij het uitvoeren van veilige en conforme werkzaamheden. De QHSE Manager werkt nauw samen met de operationele afdelingen en ondersteunt bij het opstellen en actualiseren van beleid, het uitvoeren van interne audits en het begeleiden van externe audits. In Nijkerk zal de QHSE Manager verantwoordelijk zijn voor het analyseren van incidenten, het opstellen van verbeterplannen en het monitoren van KPI’s om de prestaties continu te verbeteren. De functie vraagt om zelfstandig kunnen handelen en tegelijk regelmatig afstemming met verschillende teams binnen de organisatie. De introductieperiode bestaat uit een gestructureerd inwerktraject om de processen en procedures snel te leren kennen.

- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert QHSE-beleid en -procedures

- Je voert interne audits uit en ondersteunt bij externe audits als QHSE Manager

- Je analyseert incidenten en leidt root cause onderzoeken

- Je adviseert en ondersteunt operationele teams bij veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvraagstukken

- Je rapporteert over QHSE-prestaties en stelt verbeterplannen op als QHSE Manager

Functie-eisen: - HBO werk- en denkniveau of gelijkwaardige opleiding

- Relevante ervaring met QHSE-management of vergelijkbare functie

- Goede kennis van risicobeheersing, auditmethoden en incidentonderzoek
