De QHSE-functie werkt structureel samen met productie, engineering en logistiek om processen te optimaliseren en risico's te beperken. De QHSE Manager combineert beleidsmatige taken met operationele ondersteuning en is betrokken bij interne controles en auditvoorbereiding. De rol vereist het signaleren van verbeterpunten, het adviseren van teamleiders en het begeleiden van corrigerende acties. Daarnaast is er aandacht voor het trainen van medewerkers en het zorgen voor heldere rapportages richting het management. De organisatie waardeert een hands-on aanpak en betrokkenheid bij de dagelijkse operatie. De QHSE Manager levert een bijdrage aan het versterken van een veilige en kwaliteitsbewuste cultuur binnen de vestiging.
