Wir sind ein modernes, zukunftsorientiertes, mittelständisches Unternehmen aus der Steiermark.

Zu unseren Kernkompetenzen gehört die Herstellung und Bearbeitung von Einzelteilen oder Serien im Metallbau.

Während wir früher hauptsächlich ein bedeutender Partner in der Herstellung vieler Industrievorprodukte waren,

konnten wir unseren Tätigkeitsbereich durch ein effizientes Management und eine engagierte Belegschaft mittlerweile erweitern.

Wir haben uns in einigen Branchen am Markt eine gute Position gesichert, zum Beispiel in der Fahrzeug-, Stahl- und Maschinenbauindustrie.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir: 1 QS-Mitarbeiter_in (Qualitätssicherung) Metallgewerbe

Dienstort: Tool-Tec Werkzeugbau, Pischelsdorf 411, 8212 Pischelsdorf

Beschäftigungsausmaß: Vollzeit (38,5 Std./Woche)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Durchführung von Wareneingangs-, Zwischen- und Endkontrollen von Bauteilen und Baugruppen

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Zeichnungen und Kundenvorgaben

* Durchführung und Dokumentation von Mess- und Prüfaufgaben

* Bedienung und Anwendung von Messmitteln und Prüfgeräten

* Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Unterstützung bei der Fehlerursachenanalyse

* Einleitung und Verfolgung von Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Erstellung und Pflege von Prüfberichten und Qualitätsdokumentationen

* Mitarbeit bei internen Audits und kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Einkauf

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule oder HTL im Bereich Metalltechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar)

* Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen

* Sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Strukturierte, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Qualitätsorientierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

* Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Koordinatenmessmaschinen (CMM), idealerweise mit Wenzel-Messmaschinen, sind von Vorteil

Entlohnung

Die Entlohnung erfolgt gemäß Kollektivvertrag Metallgewerbe. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur deutlichen Überzahlung.

Bruttomonatsgehalt ab EUR 3.100,00 auf Vollzeitbasis, mit entsprechender Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
