Gegründet im Herzen der Alpen in Innsbruck, haben wir uns von einer kleinen Vision zu einer expandierenden Hotelgruppe mit 16 Standorten in Österreich, Deutschland und d... 1 Qualitätsprüfer/in oder Betriebsleiter/in Du bist dort, wo es zählt: in unseren Häusern. Als Head of Operations bist du das operative Rückgrat unserer Hotelgruppe - unterwegs zwischen unseren Standorten in Österreich, Deutschland und der Schweiz, nah an den Teams und mit dem Blick fürs große Ganze.

Vollzeitstelle im Ausmaß von 40 Wochenstunden

Deine Aufgaben:

* Qualität vor Ort erleben - hinschauen statt fernsteuern ** Du führst regelmäßige Qualitätskontrollen direkt in den Häusern durch, prüfst Standards mit den Augen unserer Gäste und leitest gemeinsam mit den Teams konkrete Verbesserungen im Hotel, beim Frühstück, an der Rezeption und im BackOffice ab. * Facility, Einkauf & HSK führen - Verantwortung über den Betrieb hinaus ** Du leitest die Abteilungen Facility, Einkauf und Housekeeping, entwickelst dein Team weiter und sorgst für effiziente Prozesse - von der Instandhaltung unserer Häuser bis zu Rahmenverträgen und Konditionen mit Lieferanten. * Zahlen im Blick - betriebswirtschaftlich steuern ** Du überwachst die wirtschaftliche Performance der Häuser, analysierst Kennzahlen und Abweichungen gemeinsam mit den HoteldirektorInnen und leitest bei Bedarf Gegenmaßnahmen ein. Du bist (Mit-)verantwortlich für den Forecasts und bei der Budgeterstellung bist du ein aktiver Part. * Einspringen, wenn's drauf ankommt - du hältst den Betrieb am Laufen ** Bei Ausfällen oder Wechseln von HoteldirektorInnen und Operations ManagerInnen übernimmst du vor Ort die operative Verantwortung und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Gäste und Teams davon nichts spüren. * Sparringpartner sein - auf Augenhöhe begleiten ** Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere HoteldirektorInnen, gibst Orientierung, teilst deine Erfahrung und unterstützt insbesondere weniger erfahrene HDs und OMs dabei, in ihre Rolle hineinzuwachsen. * Eine Marke, ein Erlebnis - CI sicherstellen ** Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Corporate Identity in allen Häusern einheitlich gelebt wird - vom Gästeerlebnis bis zum Erscheinungsbild. * Den Überblick behalten - operative Themen bündeln ** Du konsolidierst Herausforderungen und Themen aus den Häusern, erkennst Muster, entwickelst Lösungen und sorgst dafür, dass gute Ideen nicht an einem Standort bleiben.

Was du mitbringst: * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position in der Hotellerie

* Sehr hohe Reisebereitschaft - du bist gerne und viel in den Häusern unterwegs

* Führungsstärke und die Fähigkeit, dich schnell in neue Teams und Standorte einzuarbeiten

* Verhandlungsgeschick und Erfahrung im Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern, idealerweise im Housekeeping

* Ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und ein Auge fürs Detail - von Standards bis zur Markenumsetzung

* Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und Standing - du kannst zuhören, coachen und wenn nötig klare Kante zeigen

* Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, aus vielen Einzelthemen das Wesentliche herauszufiltern

* Unternehmerisches Denken und Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen

* Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse, IT-Affinität und Erfahrung mit Hotelsoftware

* Flexibilität, Eigenverantwortung und Freude daran, etwas zu bewegen

* Führerschein B
