Gehalt:

Kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt EUR 3.396,21 brutto monatlich. Überzahlung auf Grund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.

Dein Aufgabenbereich in Steyr:

- Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen an Bauteilen mittels Handmessmitteln, Härte- und Oberflächenprüfungen

- Prüfung von Bauteilen an Messmaschinen, inklusive Erstellung von Messprogrammen bei Bedarf

- Vermessung von Bauteilen mit dem Lasertracker und der Messsoftware Metrolog X4

- Dokumentation der Prüfergebnisse sowie Erstellung von Messblättern, Prüfprotokollen und Reklamationen im ERP-System

- Analyse von Qualitätsabweichungen, Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Einleitung von Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

- Abstimmung mit Konstruktion, Fertigung und weiteren Fachbereichen im Rahmen des Änderungsmanagements sowie Überwachung der Prüfmittel

- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft für Auswärtsabnahmen (ca. 2-3 Einsätze pro Jahr mit einer Dauer von 2-4 Tagen)

Das zeichnet dich aus:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Metallbereich sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Qualitätssicherung

- Sicherer Umgang mit Prüf- und Messmitteln; Erfahrung mit Zeiss Calypso und Metrolog X4 ist von Vorteil

- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lesen und Interpretieren technischer Zeichnungen sowie ein gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen

- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und Word

- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise

- Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft; Kran- und Staplerschein sind wünschenswert
