Voor een gevestigde voedingsproducent in de regio Zandvoorde ben ik op zoek naar een Quality Assurance Manager die kwaliteit niet enkel wil bewaken, maar actief wil verbeteren en verankeren binnen de organisatie. In deze functie neem je een centrale rol op binnen de kwaliteitswerking en combineer je strategisch inzicht met een sterke aanwezigheid op de productievloer. Je komt terecht in een professionele productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid een belangrijke plaats innemen binnen de dagelijkse werking. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid om bestaande systemen verder te versterken, verbeteringen te initiëren en medewerkers mee te nemen in een kwaliteitsgerichte manier van werken.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over het QA-beleid en zorgt ervoor dat het kwaliteitssysteem efficiënt en toekomstgericht blijft functioneren.
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer en vertaalt kwaliteitsvereisten naar praktische en haalbare werkwijzen.
  • Je begeleidt interne, klant-, certificerings- en overheidsaudits en zorgt ervoor dat actiepunten structureel worden opgevolgd.
  • Je analyseert afwijkingen, klachten en incidenten, onderzoekt de onderliggende oorzaken en zet gerichte verbeteracties op.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert het HACCP-systeem en bewaakt de naleving van relevante kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsnormen.
  • Je voert risicoanalyses uit en identificeert opportuniteiten om processen, producten en werkwijzen verder te verbeteren.
  • Je volgt kwaliteits-KPI's op en gebruikt data om trends te detecteren en de kwaliteitsperformance te verhogen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productie, aankoop, sales, logistiek en management om kwaliteitsdoelstellingen gezamenlijk te realiseren.
  • Je bent het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers, auditoren en overheidsinstanties bij kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsdossiers.
  • Je ondersteunt verbeter- en verandertrajecten en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe procedures en standaarden daadwerkelijk worden gedragen door de organisatie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in voeding, biotechnologie, chemie, kwaliteitsmanagement of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen QA, kwaliteit of voedselveiligheid in een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van HACCP en bent vertrouwd met kwaliteitssystemen en certificeringen zoals IFS en/of BRC.
