Bij een organisatie in de metaalbewerking in Amsterdam combineer je als Quality Control Engineer kwaliteitscontrole met coatinginspectie. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit tijdens de fabricagefase en maakt deel uit van het projectteam. De nadruk ligt op visuele lasinspecties, het beoordelen van coatings en het zorgvuldig vastleggen van bevindingen. Onder begeleiding van de Head QC Manager beoordeel je of uitgevoerd werk aansluit op de geldende projecteisen en leg je acceptaties en afkeuringen helder vast. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je inspecties af met rapportage en overleg met collega's en andere betrokkenen bij het project. Je communiceert tijdig over afwijkingen, zodat het team gericht kan bijsturen. Technisch Engels en een systematische werkwijze zijn daarbij belangrijk. Je verdiept je vakkennis door las- en coatingkwaliteit in de praktijk te beoordelen en bevindingen met het team te bespreken. Voor inspectiewerkzaamheden ben je bereid binnen de EU te reizen. Functie-inhoud - Kwaliteit bewaken tijdens de fabricagefase als onderdeel van het projectteam - Visuele lasinspecties uitvoeren onder begeleiding van de Head QC Manager - Coatings inspecteren en beoordelen aan de hand van projecteisen - Inspectiebevindingen vastleggen in acceptatie- en afkeuringsrapporten - Afwijkingen tijdig en duidelijk bespreken met betrokken projectcollega's - Inspectiewerkzaamheden afstemmen met collega's en andere projectbetrokkenen Functie-eisen - CSWIP-certificering op niveau 2 of 3 - NACE-certificering op niveau 2 of 3 - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van technisch Engels - Vaardigheid met Word en Excel voor rapportage en registratie - Nauwkeurige, systematische werkwijze en oog voor relevante details - Communicatieve, flexibele teamspeler die bereid is binnen de EU te reizen Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.600 en € 4.800 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Fulltime functie van 40 uur per week - Detavastconstructie met uitzicht op een rechtstreeks die.
