The posting

Bij een fabrikant van geautomatiseerde analyseapparatuur voor laboratoria en de procesindustrie in Breda bewaak je de kwaliteit van elektronische en mechanische onderdelen en complete analyzers. Je werkt op de afdeling Test/QC, waar aangeleverde halffabricaten worden gecontroleerd voordat ze naar de assemblage gaan. Ook na productie test je de eindproducten op functionaliteit, afwerking en uiterlijk. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan betrouwbare apparatuur voor analytische toepassingen. In de dagelijkse praktijk voer je controles uit, analyseer je fouten en leg je testresultaten zorgvuldig vast. Je werkt samen met circa zes QC-collega’s en rapporteert aan de Test Manager. Bevindingen bespreek je met R&D, Assemblage en Inkoop, zodat afwijkingen worden opgelost en verbetermaatregelen kunnen worden doorgevoerd. Je krijgt ruimte om initiatief te nemen en je kennis van elektronica, mechanica en testmethoden verder te ontwikkelen via scholing en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Functie-inhoud - Test elektronische en mechanische halffabricaten voordat ze worden vrijgegeven voor assemblage - Controleer complete analyzers op functionaliteit, afwerking en uiterlijk - Analyseer foutmeldingen en werk aan het oplossen van geconstateerde afwijkingen - Registreer testresultaten nauwkeurig in de daarvoor ontwikkelde documenten - Koppel kwaliteitsafwijkingen terug aan R&D, Assemblage en Inkoop - Voer samen met betrokken afdelingen maatregelen door om de productkwaliteit te verbeteren Functie-eisen - Je hebt een technische mbo-4- of hbo-opleiding in elektronica, mechanica, mechatronica of een vergelijkbare richting - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een vergelijkbare technische test- of kwaliteitsfunctie - Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed - Je werkt nauwkeurig en beoordeelt onderdelen en eindproducten kritisch op kwaliteit - Je kunt technische problemen analyseren en zelfstandig werken - Je neemt initiatief en stemt bevindingen helder af met collega’s Aanbod - Bruto maandsalar.
